Individual sessions
$190 CAD per session
Free 20-minute consultations are available so you can ask questions and sense whether working together feels right. No commitment after the call. Payment for sessions is due on the day of the session.
Insurance & receipts
This practice does not bill insurance directly. You pay the session fee and submit receipts to your extended health plan. Most plans cover registered psychotherapy under mental health benefits. Check your coverage for Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) services.
Cancellation policy
Sessions require 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule, unless it is an emergency. Late cancellations and missed sessions may be charged at the full session fee.
Sliding scale
Limited sliding-scale spots open as current clients finish their work. If cost is a barrier, mention it on your free consultation. We'll talk honestly about what's available.
