Silver Owl Therapy is first a psychotherapy practice. Psychedelic Mentorship & Consultation for therapists and facilitators working with trauma, somatic process, or psychedelic integration may open in limited seasons, by inquiry, not as an open enrollment program.
What makes me an expert?
I began apprenticing in Peruvian Vegetalismo in 2009 under Enrrique Santiago Paredes Melendez and Reyna Luz Edery, and the apprenticeship continues today. For nine of those years I lived full time in the Peruvian Amazon, learning the tradition directly from my teachers.
In 2012 I co-founded Canto Luz Centre for Research and Cultural Preservation, where an international team and I built a centre in the Amazon. There I designed the daily programme and led apprenticeships for people coming into the tradition. Over those years I also led hundreds of people through ceremony.
Mentorship draws on that experience, together with my clinical training, to help practitioners work with this material carefully and ethically.
